We are delighted to announce that from
the start of next term, parents and carers of St. John's
children will have the opportunity to take advantage
of our new
BREAKFAST CLUB
A high quality childcare service
available to parents/carers of St. John's School children
provided every school day from 7.45a.m. |
|
| |

|
| |
|
| |
|
We recognise that the working patterns of
some parents/carers make it necessary for them to pay for
child care before school starts in the mornings.
We would like to give parents/carers the option of dropping
children at school at 7.45 a.m.
Our recent questionnaires show that there is a demand
for such a provision. Some of you have indicated that
you would like to send your children every morning and
others that you would use the service periodically. |

We will greet your child at the front
door of the school at 7.45 a.m., give them breakfast,
make other activities available (e.g. television, computer
games etc.) and escort them either to the playground
at 8.40 a.m. (years Five and Six) or to class at 8.45
a.m. (Reception to Year Four).

You will need to telephone the school so we know not
to expect him/her. Unfortunately we cannot refund money
if a child is unable to attend.

We want to know what you think !
Our intention is to provide a safe environment before
the start of the school day for children whose parents/carers
would find it convenient to drop their children off at
7.45a.m.
If you have any ideas or suggestions as to how we could
develop this service, please speak to any of the management
group (listed below). |
